Nurse Practitioner (APRN) / Physician Assistant - Electrophysiology Role Scope
APRN/PA provides comprehensive care for adult cardiology patients in an outpatient setting and to support a busy Electrophysiology program
Management of cardiac implantable devices including pacemakers, defibrillators and loop recorders in an outpatient setting
Evaluation of patients pre and post intervention including patient education, clinical evaluation, medication management in the office and message triage
Electrophysiology background preferred with experience providing comprehensive management of patients with arrhythmias, knowledge of anti-arrhythmic and anticoagulation drug therapy
Shift: Full Time –Exempt- 40 hours –Monday through Friday

Advanced Practitioner Requirements
Graduate of an accredited Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner Master’s Program
Licensed, or eligible to be licensed, as a Physician Assistant (PA-C), Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP), or Adult Geriatric Primary Care (AGPCNP) in the state of Connecticut
