The License Practical Nurse is assigned to Patient Care Services and functions in the Ambulatory Care role for Primary Care. The LPN will be assigned to a Patient Alignment Care Team (PACT) who cares for Veterans in a variety of settings. The LPN will be the initial clinical contact person for the Veteran arriving to be seen in Primary Care.
