Lee Health Heart Institute is currently seeking a Palliative Care Physician to join the Advanced Heart Failure Center at HealthPark Medical Center in Fort Myers, Florida. The Advanced Heart Failure-Specialized Palliative Care Physician will be working alongside the cardiac team of AHF cardiologists and cardiac surgeons and joining the Palliative Care team that consists of 4 physicians and 13 APRNs. Candidates for this position will be interested in doing coordinated care, medication & chronic symptom management, end of life management, as well as goals of care discussions.
