Associates in Women's Health of Pueblo is seeking a Certified Nurse Midwife to join our dynamic, team-oriented practice. With two well-established outpatient clinics serving the greater Pueblo area, we offer a strong referral network, excellent continuity of care, and a collaborative environment where midwives are deeply valued. Deliveries are performed at UCHealth Parkview Medical Center, a respected 350-bed Level III trauma center that has been a cornerstone of women's health in the community for nearly a century.

Position Details:

Collaborative Practice Model: Join a well-established OB/GYN team composed of six experienced physicians and four supportive certified nurse midwives who value shared decision-making and mutual respect.
Full-Scope Midwifery: Practice across the full spectrum of women's health, including prenatal care, labor and delivery, postpartum, gynecologic care, contraception, and wellness visits.
Physician Backup & Mentorship: Work alongside accessible, collaborative OB/GYN physicians who provide support, consultation, and mentorship as needed.
Autonomous Patient Panel: Enjoy the independence to manage your own patient panel within a team-based care model.
Modern Clinical Settings: Provide care at two well-equipped outpatient clinics with onsite resources to support efficiency and continuity of care.
Structured Call Model: Light, well-distributed call schedule designed to support midwives and protect work-life balance.
4-Day Work Week: Maintain a consistent schedule with long weekends, allowing time to recharge and explore the natural beauty of Colorado.

This position will be open for a minimum of 3 days and will remain open until a top candidate is identified. The position posting date is 10/09/2025.

Competitive Salary: Annual salary range of $120,000 annually.
