Nurse Practitioner, Cardiac Access
Job Description The selected Nurse Practitioner will perform Stress Tests, Pharmacological and Exercise testing , including Nuclear. The Nurse Practitioner will also assist with general patient care in Non-Invasive Cardiology. This is an autonomous role working alongside the Cardiologists. Principal Accountabilities: 1. Provides new patient consultation and reviews health history 2. Performs physical examinations and screening on the patients. 3. Provides after-care/ongoing care information and resources to patients and their families.
