Overview The Walt Disney Pavilion at AdventHealth for Children is looking for an experienced Pediatric Cardiac Intensivist to help lead the division of pediatric cardiac intensive care at AdventHealth for Children. Responsibilities of the new physician will include furthering the growth of the Cardiac ICU program aligned with our growing surgical program, mentorship of the CICU Physicians, developing quality improvement processes, standardizing care, and engaging stakeholders both within the hospital as well as the community. Clinical time will be exclusively in our CICU and account for 80% of time commitment with 20% set aside for leadership activity.
