Geriatrics and/or Palliative Medicine Physician, Plainview & Syosset Hospitals   Northwell Health’s Division of Geriatrics and Palliative Medicine is seeking a Geriatrics and/or Palliative Medicine Physician for its inpatient consult service at Plainview and Syosset Hospitals in Long Island, NY.  This is an exciting opportunity to join a nationally recognized division. The ideal candidate should be board-certified/board-eligible in Geriatrics and/or Palliative Medicine and have an interest in delivering hospital-based patient care. Our interdisciplinary team of physicians, registered nurses, and social workers provide high-quality clinical care to older adults and those with seve
