Job DescriptionGeneral Summary: Under supervision and in collaboration with interdisciplinary team members, the CEP (Clinical Exercise Physiologist) qualifies, enrolls, assesses, develops and progresses programs, educates and discharges CR (Cardiac Rehab) & (PR) Pulmonary Rehab outpatients according to Department, Rehabilitation Services and Hospital policies and procedures.Principle Responsibilities: Performs comprehensive medical, social and family history through interview, review of medical records and questionnaires.Using appropriate tests & measurements, completes inspection and physical examination of cardiopulmonary, cardiovascular and other body systems & body struct
