Job DescriptionPerforms routine and expanded job descriptions as listed in the provider's delegation agreement on file with the Maryland Board of Physicians or Maryland Board of Nursing. Under the direction of a physician, the APP will:Join a multifaceted team that covers the Cardiovascular ICU.Collaborate with attending physicians and clinicians regarding admission, discharge, and transfer decisions.Communicate effectively with attending physicians, other medical teams, team members, and patient's families.Demonstrate competence in clinical assessment and decision making.Perform comprehensive history and physical assessments for patient admissions and daily rounds.
