Inova Schar Heart and Vascular is seeking an Advanced Practice Provider to join the Women's Cardiovascular Health team. This position will be focused on working with Women's Cardiovascular disease with a special interest in prevention. This APP will cover our Willow Oaks outpatient clinic as well as Inova Fairfax Hospital. As a Specialty Nurse Practitioner, you will provide safe/therapeutic care in a holistic and systemic way to include the assessment and overall management of care for a specified patient population under the supervision of a Medical Doctor.
