Swedish Medical Group is seeking a full-time nurse practitioner or physician assistant to join a well-established Cardiology team specializing in Advanced Heart Failure in Seattle, Washington. Inpatient and outpatient management of medical heart failure patients and mechanical circulatory support patients including LVAD and ECMO Remote hemodynamic monitoring using Cardio Mems and in-office IV diuresis of decompensated heart failure patients.
