In this role, the Palliative Care physician provides care and comfort to patients with advanced chronic and serious illnesses including heart failure, COPD, and cancer to determine their goals of care. This position will work with a truly interdisciplinary team of seasoned, compassionate physicians, and will serve those most in need. Shannon has a remarkable interdisciplinary team of caregivers that includes chaplain, social worker, and nurse practitioner.
