The Contra Costa County Health Services Department currently has excellent full-time and intermittent opportunities for Diagnostic Imaging Technologists in CT, MRI, Mammo and IR at Contra Costa Regional Medical Center (CCRMC) in Martinez, CA.
The Contra Costa Health Services CCRMC houses the Diagnostic Imaging Department which provides diagnostic services (routine and specialized) and interpretation for inpatients, outpatients and emergency patients of all ages.

Minimum Qualifications for CT & MRI Positions:
Certificates Required: Possession and maintenance of a valid certificate issued by the California Department of Public Health as a Certified Radiologic Technologist (CRT); AND either current certification and registration with the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT) with credentials in either Computed Tomography (CT) OR Magnetic Resonance Imaging (MRI); OR current certification and registration with the American Registry of Magnetic Resonance Imaging Technologists (ARMRIT) with credentials in Magnetic Resonance Imaging (MRI); AND possession of a valid Radiologic Technologist Fluoroscopy Permit issued by the California Department of Public Health; AND Basic Life Support (BLS) certification issued by the American Heart Association OR Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) certification issued by the American Red Cross.
Experience: Two years of full-time, or its equivalent, experience performing diagnostic imaging procedures with at least six months of performing complex CT or MRI diagnostic imaging procedures in an acute care hospital.
Minimum Qualifications for Mammo & IR Positions:
Certification Required: Possession and maintenance of a valid certificate as a Certified Radiologic Technologist (CRT) issued by the California Department of Public Health; AND current certification and registration with the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT); AND possession of a valid Radiologic Technologist Fluoroscopy (RTF) Permit issued by the California Department of Public Health; AND certification in Basic Life Support (BLS) issued by the American Heart Association or Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) certification issued by the American Red Cross.
Mammography Assignment: Requirespossession of a current Mammographic Radiologic Technology certification issued by the California Department of Public Health and twoyears of full-time, or its equivalent, experience performing diagnostic imaging procedures with at least six months performing Mammography procedures in an acute care hospital.
Interventional Radiography Assignment: Requires two years of full-time, or its equivalent, experience performing diagnostic imaging procedures with at least six months performing Interventional Radiography diagnostic procedures in an acute care hospital. Possession of a valid Cardiac Interventional (CI) Radiography or Vascular Interventional (VI) Radiography certificate issued by ARRT is desirable.
