Description

The Emory University Department of Neurology is recruiting a full-time, board eligible/board certified neurologist with specialized training in neurocritical care medicine in the rank of Assistant Professor. This faculty member will serve as an attending neurocritical care physician in the Emory affiliated hospital system, as a member of The Emory Clinic, Inc, and Emory Medical Care Foundation, Inc. Additionally, the faculty member would help provide coverage for the new thrombectomy program at Emory St. Joseph's Hospital.

This position will participate in the clinical education, training and development of residents, fellows and medical students through clinical rotation activities, department grand rounds and campus-based conferences.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Graduate of an accredited fellowship in neurocritical care
• Board eligible/Board certified
• Licensed to practice medicine in the state of Georgia
• Current DEA registration
