WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR:

Franciscan Physician Network is seeking a Board Certified/Board Eligible Family Medicine physician to join our practice located at FPN Family Medicine West Lafayette in West Lafayette, IN.

WHAT WE NEED:

Ideal candidate will have a focus on clinical excellence and patient satisfaction. Candidate will display exceptional interpersonal skills and desire to develop strong ties with the community and build long-lasting relationships with patients and their families. Physician will need to work collaboratively to coordinate and deliver the highest quality of patient care.

WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT:

• Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m.

• Average outpatient volume: 18 - 24 patients/day

• Weekday Call: Physicians takes own call

• Weekend Call: 1:3

• Holiday Call: 1:3

• Common Diagnoses:

  • Child and adult wellness visits

  • Chronic Back pain

  • Diabetes

  • Hypertension

  • Heart failure

• On-site equipment

  • EKG

  • Lab onsite

WHERE WE LIVE:
