The RN Clinical Educator Float Nurse for PIH Health Physician’s (PHP) is responsible for educating clinical staff including practitioners according to professional standards, regulations, and best practice using a variety of teaching methods in an ambulatory care setting. Coordinate and maintain our student and preceptorship program. Collaborate with PHP leadership and clinical staff to improve quality of care and regulatory compliance. Operates as a change agent in the clinical practice and classroom setting. While as a float nurse, provides direct and indirect patient care, provide medical advice and triage for multiple ambulatory care clinics.
