Medical Instrument Technician EKG, Holtor Monitoring, Stress Testing position. Independently performs routine to moderately complex EKG, stress testing, and holtor monitoring examination procedures. Incumbents work under the general direction of the Chief, Diagnostic Services and the supervisory technologist. On the more unusual and complex assignments, works closely and confers with medical officers on special techniques. Applicants pending the completion of educational or certification/licensure requirements may be referred and tentatively selected but may not be hired until all requirements are met.
