The Registered Nurse is administratively responsible to the Cardiology Nurse Manager. The staff nurse at this grade/level has developed and acquired the clinical experience and knowledge to be proficient in nursing skills, practice, and procedures caring for the medical and surgical acutely and critically ill patients and their families. Applicants pending the completion of educational or certification/licensure requirements may be referred and tentatively selected but may not be hired until all requirements are met.
