The medical instrument technician is responsible for the operation of the Heart Station Area (Holter, ECG, and Stress Test) and the performance of these studies. These Studies are done at the Heart Station Area, at the bedside including noncritical and critical care areas (MICU, CCU, SICU) Ambulatory Surgery, A & D and Nursing Home Units. BASIC REQUIREMENTS a. Citizenship. Citizenship of the United States. (Non-citizens may be appointed when it is not possible to recruit qualified citizens in accordance with chapter 3, section A, paragraph 3g, this part.) b. Education.
