This role is staffed by highly skilled board-certified acute care nurse practitioners and/or physician assistants, who have received specialized training in providing advanced cardiac care services. The individuals in this position will work closely with Heart Transplant Cardiologists to deliver exceptional care to patients in an inpatient hospital setting who have undergone heart transplant surgery.
