The Health Technician (Phlebotomist) positions are located at the VA San Diego Healthcare System in Nursing Service at the various Community Based Outpatient Clinics (CBOCs) including Oceanside, Chula Vista, Kearny Mesa and Sorrento Valley. The position is responsible for providing skilled phlebotomy, quality assurance compliant specimen processing and testing functions, clinical patient support and general administrative support for all patient related activities in the satellite CBOC labs. To qualify for this position, applicants must meet all requirements by the closing date of this announcement.
