GENERAL DUTIES: Under the supervision of the Cardiologists, the Ultrasound Technologist shall provide sonographic services to the patient. The Technologist shall operate ultrasound equipment, develop film, and prepare rooms; maintaining equipment and supplies. The Technologist should be proficient in Echo and vascular studies. The Technologist shall provide sonographic service in multiple environments including the Operating and Angio Suites, Cath Lab, EP Lab, the Patient Room, the Emergency Department and in the Department of Radiology.
