Tenet Resource Agency is hiring Electrophysiology Tech for an upcoming 13 week contract assignment. Pay Rate is $49.00 and guarantee hours!
The EP Lab Tech contributes to quality patient care by preparing for, operating equipment and assisting the electrophysiologist/cardiologist during various invasive Electrophysiology/Cardiac Cath Lab procedures. Assist in diagnosing and treating cardiac arrhythmias specializing in the care of patients undergoing EP studies, device implants and ablations.
MINIMUM EDUCATION: Completion of formal two year radiologic technology training in AMA approved school which meets requirements for registry by the ARRT
Preferred Education: RCES or HRS Cert
Minimum Experience: minimum of 6 months-clinical experience
REQUIRED CERTIFICATIONS/LICENSURE: Current American Registry of Radiologic Technologist (ARRT) registration and CRT.
SPECIAL SKILLS: Scrub diagnostic, complex ablation and device implant procedures. Monitor hemodynamics and charting. Pace and record for EPS.
