Seeking a board-certified electrophysiologist to join as a second EP in a twelve-physician private practice in Long Island, NY. The practice provides full cardiology, interventional cardiology and electrophysiology services. Our current electrophysiologist performs all procedures including supraventricular tachycardia ablation, atrial fibrillation ablation, atrial flutter ablation, ventricular tachycardia ablation (including epicardial), as well as implantation of loop recorders, pacemakers (including Micra), and defibrillators. He also implants the Watchman device. The practice is growing rapidly, and needs a second electrophysiologist for continued success.
The practice is located in western Long Island, about 30 minutes east of New York City. It services all residents of the New York City boroughs, Nassau County and Suffolk County.
Active New York State License and/or eligibility to obtain
Must have completed an advanced accredited fellowship in EP
Excellent clinical, communication and interpersonal skills required
Must be able to perform all EP procedures including complex ablations, but lead extraction experience is not required
