WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR:
Franciscan Physician Network is seeking a part-time Nurse Practitioner to meet the growing demand for cardiology at FPN Dyer South Family Health Center in Dyer, Indiana. The candidate will be joining a steady, well established and expanding cardiac group; with excellent mentors and experienced cardiologists.
WHAT WE NEED:
Ideal candidate will have heart failure experience along with pre and post-operative cardiac vascular care knowledge. Candidate would thrive in a fast paced environment and be team oriented. Provider will need to work collaboratively with physician to coordinate and deliver the highest quality of patient care. Candidate will also have desire to develop strong ties with patients and the community in which they serve.
WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT:
Flexible part-time schedule: 24 hours a week, days and times will vary
No Call Expectation
Average outpatient volume: 10 – 15 patients per day
