NIH-Funded Postdoctoral fellowship opportunity - Available Immediately
The Laboratories of Dr Jeffrey E Saffitz, Andre G. Kleber and Kevin Kit Parker are recruiting a postdoctoral fellow to Study mechanisms underlying Ion Channels Dysfunction in Arrhythmogenic Cardiomyopathy.
The project involves cellular engineering tools to build cardiac microtissues, human and animal models of disease, and cellular electrophysiology (whole cell dual voltage clamp).
This position will enable an in depth training in cellular electrophysiology and cellular engineering by experts. She or he will be fully integrated in the research team headed by Dr. Kevin Kit Parker.
