Metropolitan Heart & Vascular Institute (MHVI) is a busy, independent private practice and leader in providing patient-centered care for cardiovascular patients in the northwest and northern suburbs of Minneapolis, Minnesota. We provide care in eight clinic and three hospital settings with 23 cardiologists and 18 advanced practice providers. In addition, MHVI has an active clinical research program and participates in numerous research trials.
The majority of surgical and invasive cardiovascular procedures are delivered at Mercy Hospital. Mercy was named a Top 50 Cardiovascular Hospital in nine of the last 15 years, according to Truven Health Analytics. The hospital has two dedicated EP labs and will soon gain an additional lab for device implants. Lead extractions and Watchman implants are performed in a hybrid OR. The practice has thriving structural heart and cardiac surgery programs.

MHVI seeks to hire a fifth Electrophysiologist to join our busy practice. The ideal candidate should be experienced in lead extractions and device implants (including CRT) and AF, SVT, VT ablations.
