The RN - Cardiovascular provides high-quality, skilled nursing services to assist patients to achieve optimum health. This job monitors functional health status during invasive and noninvasive Cardiology procedures including, but not limited to: transesophogeal echos, Dobutamine stress echocardiograms, stress echocardiograms, nuclear medicine cardiac perfusion with exercise, nuclear medicine cardiac perfusion with pharmacologic exercise , and exercise treadmill tests. The RN, through skilled cardiac triage and assessment, assists patients with determining levels of intervention needed to provide optimum functional health status and quality of life.

Current, valid licensure as a Registered Nurse in the state of Washington required.
At least 2 years experience in a Critical Care, Telemetry, Electrophysiology, or Catheterization Lab nursing capacity required.
Post implant cardiac device management experience preferred
Moderate sedation validation and IV validation required.
Achievement of score of 85% or better on rhythm test during interview process and annually thereafter.
CPR certification required within 90 days of hire; re-certification required every two years.
Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certification required within 90 days of hire.
