Dartmouth-Hitchcock (D-H), one of the nation’s leading innovators in clinical care and healthcare policy, is seeking a BC/BE Electrophysiologist to join the Section of Cardiovascular Medicine. The successful candidate will have demonstrated clinical proficiency and be eligible for, or have achieved the rank of, assistant or associate professor. He/she should also have an academic record in translational, clinical or population research. He/she will join an academic practice of 25 full-time cardiologists (4 electrophysiologists), 16 clinical and research fellows and a talented multidisciplinary ancillary staff. The clinical responsibilities of the successful candidate include invasive procedures consistent with an advanced electrophysiology practice, inpatient and ambulatory consultation, and clinical outreach. In addition, the candidate will engage in academic activities, including research and mentoring of cardiovascular trainees, associate providers, internal medicine house staff, and students from the Geisel School of Medicine at Dartmouth. This position holds an academic title at the Geisel School of Medicine commensurate with experience and academic portfolio.
